Job Title: Project Manager/Scrum Master

Duration: 12 months

Location: REMOTE

Mission: To act in dual role of Project Manager and Scrum Master for various ServiceNow projects including implementations, integrations, and customizations

Day to Day:

• The individuals will be joining the Professional Services organization and will act in dual role of Project Manager and Scrum Master for various ServiceNow projects including implementations, integrations, and customizations.
• The Professional Services organization is responsible for delivering smaller multi-month ServiceNow projects such as greenfield implementations, third-party integrations, customizations, etc.. for their various customers across different industry verticals.
• The PM/SMs will be responsible for leading daily scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, participating in retrospectives, managing project scope and budget, creating project plans, ensuring dependencies are in line, and proactively communicating roadblocks and coming up with solutions to remove and prevent them in the future.
• The PM/SMs will be working with offshore ServiceNow developers and testers, so previous experience working with offshore teams is required.

Must haves:

• 6+ years of experience working as a Project Manager
• Experience managing ServiceNow projects (implementations, integrations, customizations, etc..)
• Experience creating/managing project plan, scope, and budget
• Experience identifying and coordinating project dependencies
• Experience acting as Scrum Master for development teams- leading scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, removing/preventing roadblocks
• Experience working with offshore development/testing teams
