Position Overview:
Care Professionals or caregivers are the linchpins of our company. They provide invaluable services to the elderly, fostering authentic relationships and offering compassionate care. The ultimate goal is to ensure our clients are healthy, safe, and content in their homes.

Caregiver Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay between $13.50 and $15.00 with weekly direct deposit availability
- Time-and-a-half paid holidays

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of paid caregiving experience from non-family members, or holding CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN credentials
- Valid driver's license
- At least one professional reference
- Willingness to work at least two shifts per week with the same client(s) to establish consistent care and build strong relationships
- Proficiency in English speaking, reading, and writing (Multilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply)
- Compliance with any licensing or registrations required by Federal, State, or local regulations
- Ability to use the Honor Care Pro App, which requires a device supporting the latest version of either iOS or Android
Job Responsibilities:
- Engaging in companionship and conversation
- Assisting with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Offering hands-on, non-medical assistance for daily living activities, which may include tasks such as bathing, toileting, and dressing
Job Type: Full-time or part-time roles are available
