Are you a detail-oriented, data-driven professional with a passion for both administrative work and analytics? EMR USA is looking for a talented Commercial Project Assistant to support our team in making smarter, data-powered business decisions. What You’ll Do:

· Ensure accuracy and efficiency as you collect, verify, and maintain client data, billing information, and office records.

· Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory, while streamlining paperwork and filing processes.

· Analyze large data sets, generate actionable reports, and provide key insights to guide business strategy.

· Assist with purchase orders, inventory management, and transitioning data from paper to digital systems.

· Identify business performance patterns, present your findings, and suggest data-backed recommendations.

· Develop and maintain systems to collect and analyze data from various sources to visualize results and drive better outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

· Expertise in Microsoft Excel with hands-on experience in data entry, financial analysis, and bookkeeping.

· An analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools

· Top-notch organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Strong communication abilities, capable of breaking down complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.

· A team player attitude combined with a knack for independent problem-solving.

What You’ve Accomplished:

· A high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s in a related field is a plus!)

· 2+ years of experience** in accounting or data analysis.

This role is based in our Dallas, Texas office, where you’ll work in a collaborative environment, using the latest technologies to help drive the business forward.
