Account Executive - Bonfire Division

Position Overview:

ParkHub is seeking an Account Executive to advance and maintain its Bonfire division by driving sales and expertly managing client success. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise/SAAS software sales and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Additionally, they will play a critical role in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement strategies to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities independently, while managing existing accounts. Serve as the primary contact for all Bonfire-related issues.
  • Arrange and lead in-person meetings and presentations with business leaders and key decision-makers including C-level executives, to communicate the Bonfire Value Proposition.
  • Create/amend quotes in Salesforce and WordDoc for renewals, expansions, and upsells.
  • Maintain accurate information on account status, sales activity, and overall account plans in Salesforce.
  • Forecast new bookings and develop, maintain, and grow an ongoing pipeline.
  • Leverage a thorough understanding of ParkHub's consultative and solution selling process to deliver compelling customer presentations and proposals that articulate the Bonfire Value Proposition.
  • Develop and deploy strategies for securing new accounts while driving the post-sale customer onboarding process.
  • Serve as an escalation point for all contractual and contracts and invoice-related items.
  • Consistently act as the primary point of contact for all Bonfire customers, proactively troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to serve them effectively.
  • Work well in a small team environment and with relevant internal leaders throughout the organization.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of Sales/ Account Management/ Client Success Experience in IT/ SaaS Companies.
  • Ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced, growth-intensive environment.
  • Ability to learn new products, understand company value propositions, and communicate across the client-company value chain.
  • Data-driven - Skilled in measuring and reporting performance metrics against KPIs.
  • Background in the payment processing, reservation, camping, or parks industry is a plus.

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred
