Locked unit with access controlled by Corrections Officers.

Locked unit with access controlled by Corrections Officers (CO).
CO to inmate ratio: 1:2.
Nurse to patient ratio: 1:3 for PCU, 1:4-5 for MS.
Some shifts will be assigned to MS, others to PCU.
