Job Details

Responsibilities:

- Ensure National Vision’s sales and company goals are met.
- Adhere to America’s Best “Code of Excellence”, which ensures customer satisfaction by establishing a welcoming environment.
- Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses to customers.
- Train customers in contact lens insertion and removal.
- Educate customers on the correct care of eyeglasses and contact lenses.
- Keep patient records accurate and organized.
- Uphold visual merchandising according to Brand and Company Standards.
- As permitted by law, mentor potential Apprentice Opticians .

Eligibility Criteria

- Prior retail experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Possession of a state-required license.
- Strong sales abilities, set on meeting store and personal sales targets in accordance with company policies.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- The capacity to deliver clear, concise instructions to customers.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively manage time.
- Professional demeanor and presentation.
