Join our team as an Apartment Trash Collector (Service Valet) and appreciate the flexibility of evening hours in your local area. This position is an excellent opportunity for those looking to further increase their income or for those who want to earn some extra cash. A trustworthy open-bed pickup truck or trailer-towing vehicle is a MANDATORY requirement for this role.
Primary Duties:
- Transport trash bags, collected from residents' doorsteps, to the onsite trash compactor in the apartment community using your truck (please note, large/bulk items aren't involved, and no offsite driving or dumping is required)
- Capture required photos (arrival, departure, tracking, non-compliance) using our company app during service
- Your work location will be near to your home as we serve numerous apartment communities, aiming to assign you to a property within a 10–15 minute drive.
Working hours:
- Work is typically 5 nights per week from Sunday through Thursday
- Shifts are 2-4 hours long, starting either at 7:00 pm or 8:00 pm (some positions may have earlier start/end times, and Sundays may require additional hours)
- Expect part-time hours offering around 10-15+ hours per week

Requirements:
- A minimum age of 18 years
- A reliable open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer
- A valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Ability to adapt to work both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather
- Ability to lift and transport items up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk over the property, and bear disagreeable odors
- Ability to climb up and down staircases/steps multiple times every evening
- Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan for using our mobile app
- No prior experience necessary; we provide detailed, paid training from day one
Safety measures:
- We prioritize your safety and supply Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including face coverings, gloves, safety vests, and more
