Shift: Day Shift - 4x10s, 6:30am-5:00pm
Weekend REQ: See call requirement
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): Y -One to two call days a week; one call weekend every 6 weeks; call during the week will start at 5pm
Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? Yes

Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Called off hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift
