Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading M&A technology integration projects, including discovery of existing technology and determining how they will integrate into existing Cumming Group Systems.
• Suggesting/implementing improvements to existing technology systems to ensure the latest/best of bread technology and practices are in place to support business operations.
• Plan and coordinate changes with other Teams to ensure minimal impact to the business or other systems.
• Advanced troubleshooting of IT systems as needed from other IT or business teams.
• Overall ownership/responsibility for IT Infrastructure, including both cloud and prem based servers, networks and services.
• Technical leadership/guidance for other IT Team Members.
• Ensuring infrastructure and related systems are monitored, healthy and status communicated as necessary.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Prior experience working on an IT Project Team.
• Advanced knowledge of network infrastructure, including firewall, switching, routing and wireless concepts.
• Full Stack Meraki Administration.
• Advanced Microsoft Azure and 365 Administration, specifically Entra ID, Teams and Exchange Online, Azure ARC, Azure Virtual Desktops, IaaS.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server.
• Advanced virtualization knowledge, ESXI/HyperV/AzureHCI.
• Basic knowledge of Linux server administration.
• Knowledge of cyber security concepts and securing technology infrastructure.
• Previous M&A technology integration experience.
• Team Leadership experience a plus.

Education: BS in IT or Computer Science or equivalent work experience required

Experience: 5+ years as a Systems/Network Administrator or equivalent role
