Facility is willing to approve up to a 24 week contract. Please confirm your travelers desired contract length at time of submission!
Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
Job Requirements
MUST HAVE minimum of 18 months recent Cardiac Stepdown experience.
PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required.
MUST HAVE min 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel.
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE LICENSE IN HAND
AHA BLS & ACLS, NIH required.
PBDS Assessment – waived
ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
Schedule Information
D/N rotating shift: 3x12's 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (shift typically consists of 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights etc. and can be further discussed with the NM as needed.)
Unit Specific Information
Unit-Specific Competency Exam required within 12 months of start, and updated annually.
Candidates are not to update their name in Silkroad. If a candidate has a name change the name needs to be updated in Nova and the lead CL needs to be notified to update the facility of the legal name change.

Facility will cover the cost of 4 hours of module time.
