Position of Educator pays $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Organizing materials for lessons and activities, documenting attendance, incidents, and other observations
- Implementing our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-developing activities that augment their school day learning significantly
- Utilizing your course training and our in-house training to exemplify positive guidance and effective classroom management, ensuring the safety, well-being, and focus of all children
- Exhibiting excellent communication skills with diverse audiences including children, parents, staff, and school personnel
- Regular meetings with the Program Manager regarding professional advancement and team accountability

Ideal candidates will possess:
- Excellent customer service abilities and relationship-building skills
- Team playing capabilities
- A minimum of 1-year experience with children under 13years
- Preferred college credits in early childhood education, child development, elementary education or a related discipline
- Capability to lift 25 lbs
- Passion for driving a love for learning and promoting healthy living
- Meet the individual state requirements; CPR, Mandated Reporter training, TB test, etc.
