Manufacturing ProcessFacilitator

Coordinate,organize, and streamline the manufacturing process for machininglarge mission critical components. You will gain insight and exposureto the defense industries while creating effective solutions in asmall yet dynamic high-tech business with over eighty years ofindustry experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and organizational support to ensure effective communication between employees, management team and customers
• Use ERP/shop management software to optimize production, coordinate factory floor operations and workflow, traceability and quality control documentation
• Collaborate with management team to expedite customer quoting, purchase order processing and job tracking.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity or to learn ERP/shop management software
• Strong organizational and communication skills and attention to detail
• Able to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Background or interest in manufacturing and engineering preferred.
