In this Position
- Achieve individual and branch sales targets along with meeting customer expectations.
- Cultivate new relationships and maintain existing ones, assisting customers throughout the loan process and loan lifecycle.
- Propose financial solutions that fit the customer's requirements and objectives.
- Introduce customers to optional insurance products.
- Educate customers about the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure transparent understanding.
- Associate with local businesses to attract and develop new customers.
- Learn to deploy credit underwriting techniques and sales tools.
- Administer the lifecycle of the loan, including collection activities, abiding by all laws and regulations.
The role requires:
- HS Diploma/GED
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service
The working schedule for this role is standard business hours from Monday to Friday, with potential extended hours during the week and occasional Saturdays.
