Supply Chain Analyst

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst I

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

• Manage an efficient MPS/DRP/MRP process for assigned technology(s) within the region.
• Drive results through adherence to core supply planning processes and policies.
• Optimize inventory and case fill from end to end.
• Make decisions and trade-offs to optimize the supply plan and communicate with stakeholders.
• Develop constrained/feasible MPS/DRP/MRP plans over the aligned time horizon using SAP and best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (and externally) to maximize trade-offs across production, inventory, and capacity.
• Own and ensure compliance with master data.
• Escalate supply/inventory risks to the Supply Interface Manager and identify resolution options.
• Measure, analyze, and communicate key process metrics, monitor key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide monthly inputs/capacity planning to support the Step 3 process.
• onduct weekly sequencing to align scheduling wheel and capacity, minimizing changeovers and maximizing planning efficiencies.
• Be available for immediate resolution of production questions to ensure continuous operation of production lines.
• Support Continuous Role Documentation updates and onboard new schedulers and planning personnel.

Education Qualification: -

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field Required Skills: 1. 2+ years of relevant Supply Chain experience
• 1+ years of SAP and/or Kinaxis experience/knowledge (Planning related model)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Microsoft Excel)
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Technology
