We’re searching for a Senior Technical Administrator to join our Professional Services team, so that we can manage the day-to-day operations of our 40+ hosted cloud environments and support solutions, ensuring the seamless performance, security, and uptime of our Windows and SQL infrastructure. The Senior Technical Administrator will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing system infrastructure while working with key vendors such as Ntirety and Imperva to ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, and compliance with security standards.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Build, upgrade, and manage development, testing, and production servers to ensure optimal performance and capacity.

  • Monitor server performance and resource issues using tools like Ntirety portal, Pulseway service, Uptime Robot, and the Imperva Web Application Firewall.

  • Manage SQL databases, including performance tuning, backup, and recovery, to maintain system integrity and performance.

  • Use PowerShell scripting to automate routine tasks, manage server updates, and streamline administrative processes.

  • Administer IIS for website management and ensure website security and performance are maintained.

  • Oversee disaster recovery operations through the Zerto portal and manage backup operations for business continuity.

  • Participate in IT strategy planning with the Enterprise Risk and Compliance team to align infrastructure goals with broader business objectives.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Experience in system administration, focusing on managing Windows servers and SQL databases in a cloud environment

  • Proven success in disaster recovery planning, vendor relationship management, and cloud environment optimization

  • In-depth knowledge of PowerShell scripting, Windows Server environments, SQL databases, and infrastructure management

  • Experience in managing security and compliance audits such as SOC, ensuring all policies and procedures are up to date

  • Familiarity with tools like SCCM, even if not actively used, and a strong grasp of ASP.NET server-side management

  • Interest in cloud infrastructure management, security compliance, and maintaining robust system operations
