Senior Lead for Resets and Remodel Team

We are currently looking for a full-time Senior Lead to steer our dedicated 3-person overnight reset and remodel team, every Monday to Friday from 9 PM to 6 AM. If you are a meticulous worker who prioritizes safety and quality, thrives in dynamic spaces and relishes the thrill of revitalizing retail chains, this role is for you. As part of your work, you'll travel to various home improvement retail outlets to install and manage various fixtures and remodels.
Note that the Senior Lead role is a stepping stone towards the District Operations Manager position.

What We Offer:
- Full Time Salary Position ranging from $43,888 to $52,000 annually

Responsibilities:
- On-site guidance to a 3-5 member team
- Performing big-box retail store overnight remodels
- Replacement and removal of damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
- Mobilizing products to new pallet racking
- Setting up retail store shelving fixtures
- Adherence to Plan-O-Grams as per store management
- Updating signage, shelf conditions, and schematics
- Physical activities including lifting and carrying weights up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or an equivalent experience
- Ability to work overnight shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM, standing for a minimum of 8 hours
- Deciphering Blue Prints, POG’s
- Prior experience in Retail Operations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Big Box home improvement reporting programs
- Skills to place and rotate products as directed
- Comfortable working at heights (up to 20 feet) and climbing ladders
- Repeat lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Use basic hand and power tools (must provide own hardhat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools)
- Planogram experience is preferred
- Experience in construction
- Strong communication skills and teamwork inclination
- Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred
- Personal cell phone and a valid email address
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Onsite requirement for appropriate work footwear
