In this position, you will be part of TASC's agency infrastructure, whose departments collectively assure the overall quality, fiscal responsibility, effectiveness, and impact of TASC's work, and work to advance our mission to build a healthier, safer, and more just society.


We are currently looking for full-time – Compliance Analyst

Starting at $40,000 – contingent upon experience, education, etc.


Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing assistance with the day-to-day management and operations of TASC's compliance program activities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reviews all incidents reported through TASC's incident reporting system and provides initial investigation questions and relevant notifications to Operations leadership.
  • Investigates and drafts incident report forms for non-operations incidents.
  • Assists with analyzing incidents reported on a monthly basis to determine key trends and issues to present to the critical incident subcommittee.
  • Prepares materials for critical incident subcommittee.
  • Assists with the preparation and analysis of the annual incident review.
  • Maintains TASC's Contract Monitoring and Reporting Database through SmartSheet, including extracting key information from contracts and supporting the contract reporting process as necessary.
  • Provides oversight of federal, state, local and private funded contracts through regular review and reporting with contract summaries, status reports, and other feedback mechanisms.
  • Supports Operations staff in using the Contract Monitoring and Reporting Database.
  • Coordinates and manages TASC's Mutual Service Agreement process, including communicating with partner providers to facilitate signing of TASC's Mutual Service Agreements.
  • Manage provider database in Electronic Client Record (ECR) in conjunction with MIS Department.
  • Ensures partner providers meet the necessary requirements to participate in TASC's referral process.
  • Coordinates and assists with the preparation of the annual update of agency policies and procedures.
  • Drafts changes to TASC policies and procedures as needed for accreditation, licensure, and programmatic requirements.
  • Oversees agency policy approval process of new and modified policies and procedures.
  • Maintains a log of incoming subpoenas and requests for information from courts, providers, and clients.
  • Analyzes incoming subpoenas and requests for information to ensure requests are compliant with privacy and confidentiality laws.
  • Collaborates with Operations and Toxicology Departments to obtain client records.
  • Supports the Senior Director of Risk and Compliance with completing subpoenas and requests for information.
Requirements:

Our Ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human service, finance, public health etc. from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience. Masters or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience related to regulatory, contract, and/or general compliance preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of computers, including proficiency using Google applications, Microsoft Office applications, and the Internet.
  • Knowledge of SmartSheet preferred.

The agency currently offers hybrid work schedules that combines in-office and remote work. Employees are required to report to the work site three days per week with the option to work up to two days remotely.
