A three week paid training program is mandatory (Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM)

Our call center functions from Monday-Sunday, 7AM – 9PM, your assigned shift will be communicated at the time of hiring.

In your capacity as an integral part of Signify Health's Member Engagement team, you will interact telephonically with members from various Medicare Advantage and Medicaid health plans. Present, clarify, and coordinate free healthcare evaluations either at home or virtually. Your goal would be a steadfast commitment towards meeting the set objectives in productivity, quality and customer service of the department.

Your role comes under direct reporting to a Member Engagement Manager.

Your work responsibilities:

- By using an automatic dialer system, position an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to offer, clarify, and organize a free health evaluation either at home or virtually with a provider.
- Abide by more than 20 approved scripts, ensure the members are clear and comfortable with all the terms and persuasively handle objections, all the while maintaining professional courtesy.
- Must demonstrate a positive, expert, and dynamic demeanor while dealing with clients, health plan members, and colleagues.
- Stay on track with daily objectives set by the department in an office or remote setting.
- Adjust, recalibrate, and terminate appointments with both members and contracted providers as needed.
- Monitor performance results using designated reporting systems such as appointments, calls, handle time, and productivity.
- Report directly to Member Engagement Managers in case of member complaints and escalations.
- Take part in peer-to-peer coaching whenever required.
- Adhere to HIPAA, along with other security and privacy guidelines while managing protected health information during routine work activities.

Our Ideal candidate:

- An equivalent of a High School Diploma or it's substitute is preferred.
- A requirement of either 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years of generic work experience.
- Candidates with previous experience in outbound call center or high volume tasks, operating in a metrics-oriented environment, dealing with auto dialer, and/or using scripts would be preferred.
- Must have a sincere inclination to work in an efficient, result-focused outbound call center environment.
- Be persuasive yet maintain professional courtesy while dealing with health plan members.
- Should possess fine communication skills, with an ability to hold friendly and conversational interactions.
- Needs to have the capability to adhere strictly to a daily schedule, inclusive of start-times, breaks, lunch, and end-times.
- Proficient in computer skills and must be able to utilize multiple systems simultaneously while making calls.

Work from Home Prerequisites:

- To be eligible, you need to have verified and reliable internet facilities with at least 10MB upload/download capacity at your home.
- The company provides all necessary equipment (keyboard, monitor, computer, headset, etc.). However, you must arrange for your workspace furniture and maintain a quiet workspace on your own.
