The nurse-to-patient ratio for 3 South is 1:4.9/30 or 10/14 startNightsCan offer 36 or 48 hours13 weeksEvery other weekend, every other holidayCan approve 40 hours max for time offONS required, please attach cert with submittalCan submit with second half of cert pendingBLS, ACLS preferred not requiredMust adhere to UVAs float policyCan submit with VA license pendingMust have Epic experience
