Responsibilities:
- Collect trash bags from residents' doorsteps to the onsite trash compactor of the apartment community (collecting large or bulk items, offsite driving or dumping are not required)
- Capture necessary photographs (arrival, departure, tracking, non-compliance) using our company’s App during service
- Jobs are within proximity to your residence as we render service to multiple apartment communities, typically assigning you to a property within a 10–15 minute drive.
Working Schedule:
- Generally involves 5-night weekly work from Sunday through Thursday
- Shifts range between 2-4 hours, commencing at either 7:00 pm or 8:00 pm (For some positions, start/end times may be earlier, and Sundays may require supplemental hours)
- Part-time employment offering 10-15+ hours weekly

Requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Adaptability to indoor and outdoor work, regardless of the weather
- Ability to lift and transport objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable walking long distances and dealing with unpleasant odors
- Able to climb up and down staircases/steps multiple times throughout the evening.
- Possession of a smartphone with a data plan for utilizing our mobile app
- No prior experience necessary; paid, hands-on training from day one
Preferred Skills:
- Reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle attached with a trailer
- Valid driver's license and your name enlisted on the auto insurance for the vehicle
