Exercise Physiologist Needed
40 hr/week rotating schedule - 2 weeks of 4x10 (7a-5:30p), then 2 weeks of 5x8 (8a-4:30p), weekdays
Start Date: Orientation held every other week on Monday
Shift: 40 hr/week rotating schedule - 2 weeks of 4x10 (7a-5:30p), then 2 weeks of 5x8 (8a-4:30p), weekdays
Patient Population: Adults, Geriatrics
Ratios: 1:4
Average Daily Census: 40.5
Experience Req: 1 Year Minimum

Guaranteed Hours: 40
Patient Diagnoses: Patients attend our program with diagnoses of: CABG, Stent, NSTEMI or STEMI, Stable Angina, AVR or MVR, TAVR, CHF (EF35%), Heart Transplant, COPD, Emphysema, Asthma, Pulmonary Fibrosis, Interstitial Lung Disease, Chronic Bronchitis, Restrictive Lung Disease, Cystic Fibrosis.
Special Procedures/Unit Details: Cardiopulmonary Rehab Unit in which runs Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3/4 of Cardiac Rehab, as well as Phase 2 and Phase 3/4 of Pulmonary Rehab.
Job Requirements
Experience Req: 1 Year Minimum
Certs Required: BLS, ACLS
Education Required: Masters in Exercise Physiology is required
WV PT License required - can submit with pending license but must have WV license active to start
Special Equipment: ScottCare Telemetry System
Exercise Equipment: Treadmills, Recumbent Bikes, Elliptical, Steps, Arm Ergometers, Rowers, Fanbikes, and Nusteps.
