4W Medical Surgical / Telemetry RN
Orientation held every other week on Thursday
Ratios: 1:5, up to 6/7 to 1 in certain circumstances

First-timers accepted: Yes - if experience requirements met
39 Beds. Cardiac - Acute MI unstable angina CHF unstable arrhythmias and cardiac disorders. CVA surgical patients. Observation unit with high turnaround 36 hours or less. Half inpatient half observation on average. Adult and Geriatric patient populations.
Cardioversion TEE thoracentesis bone marrow biopsy chest tube insertion central line insertion paracentesis experience preferred but not required.
Post Cardiac Cath Post Angiogram PTCA experience required.
Required drips are heparin cardizem amiodarone dobutamine dopamine nitro.
Must have a working proficiency.

100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval)
WV/Compact RN License required - can submit with pending RN license
RTO Restrictions: none - just discuss with manager during interview
Schedule Information
3x12 or 4x12 Nights 7p-7a, weekdays, every other weekend, float
Please limit holiday RTO requests to no more than 1 of the 3 major holidays
