IR Tech/Angio Tech for Heart & Vascular Center Will vary, but will mainly be 4x10 Days M-F, typically 7:30a-6p with on call rotation (weekdays & weekends included) Start Date: orientations are every other Monday Unit: Interventional vascular radiology suite. peripheral angiography/venography with intervention, EVAR, TEVAR, carotid stenting, neuro-intervention including acute stroke, embolization. Shift: 4x10 Days M-F, typically 7:30a-6p with on call rotation (weekdays & weekends included) Daily Caseload per tech: 5 Years of experience required: 1 Year No first-time travelers accepted, must have travel experience On-Call Requirement: A total of approximately 8 Days a month including 1 weekend/month with a 30 minute response time Floating required to CAMC General (sister facility 2 miles from Memorial) for 1 week Open to accommodating blocked schedule requests within reason - to be discussed at interview 100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval) ARRT, WV State License Required, may submit with pending, but must be active prior to start Certifications Required: BLS; (Vascular Intervention Cert Preferred). 40 Hours/Week guaranteed Special Requirements: Surgical Scrub experience. Knowledge of sterile technique, instruments, and maintaining a sterile field. Experience with endovascular procedures such as: EVARs, Angiograms, Venograms, Neurovascular interventions (thrombectomy, embolization, etc.), IR procedures. Hybrid OR experience preferred but not required. Submission Requirements: - Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm - Flu Shot: Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF. CAMC requires all personnel take flu vaccine unless they have allergy documented by an allergist or physician record. CAMC FLU SEASON IS OCTOBER 1st - MARCH 31st. NOT REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THAT WINDOW. - Covid Vaccine NOT required -ONE PDF MUST CONTAIN: Candidate profile (work history), Specialty specific skills checklist, Min. 2 Mgr/Charge References (within past 2yrs.), RN Lic. verification (NURSYs pulled within 2 days of sub date – clean lic. required – hits submitted for case-by-case basis approval), Driver's License, SSN.
