Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48hrs prior to acceptance of a position (max 2 attempts).

The right candidate will have 2 years of experience.
Travelers must pass a dysrhythmia exam upon offer (with 2 max attempts).
There will be a Pass/Fail exam on day 1 of orientation, with an emphasis on sterile field. Study materials will be provided with first day instructions.
COVID vaccine is required (or religious or medical declination form with appropriate documentation).
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience - must be recent, within the past 6 months.
Hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license or compact.
Schedule Information
Shifts: 12 hr shifts. 7-7.
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
Floor specific orientation: 2 days on the floor.

Ratios: 1:3-4
Charge Nurse: Yes, no patient assignment. Also have a Clinical Supervisor in a management role.
Techs: PCTs - 1 per every 16 patients.
Scrub Color: Navy
Tele: Centralized tele. RNs must be able to interpret EKGs.
Vents: No
Hospitalist or Intensivist in house: Hospitalist rounds during the day and on call at night.
IV Team: No
RT 24/7: Yes
Pharmacy 24/7: Yes
Floating: To similar or lower acuity.
Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Post cath lab, post vascular procedures, day 2 CABG patients, general tele. Amio, Cardene, Nitro, Heparin, Dobutamine to titrate down ONLY. No pediatrics, 15 y/o and older.
First to float, could float to sister facility, MGMC.
