Who We Are Seeking

We are in search of motivated and high-performing Retail Sales Consultants to join our mission of delivering exceptional service to our customers. With our origin tracing back to 35+ years, we are a leading entity in the Mattress industry and boast of over 320 store locations. Join us as a Sales Consultant, leading the sales of our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our proven methodologies and innovative bedMatch diagnostic sleep system.

Desired Skillset

- Availability: Able and willing to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, holidays, and weekends. Our typical 4–5-day work week provides opportunities to clock between 40 and 55 hours per week.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds, resetting showroom displays, and assisting customers in loading their purchases onto their vehicles.
- Customer-focused: Committed to providing customers with an unhurried, educational shopping experience concentrating on enhancing their lives through our sleep solutions.
- Tech-savvy: Comfort with technology including tablets, mobile POS, and our proprietary bedMatch system.
- Driven and Enthusiastic: Keen to meet and interact with customers, understand their needs, and possess a high-energy, team-oriented attitude.
