Become a Help at Home superhero TODAY! Apply either online or in person! As a Home Care Aide, you’ll work in a 1-on-1 setting with your clients in their homes, and support them in tasks such as:

- Light housework, including tidying up, laundry, and simple cleaning 

- Personal tasks such as dressing, grooming, and meal assistance 

- Day-to-day errands, grocery shopping, and/or going with your clients to appointments 

- Must possess a valid driver's license or ID 

- Must have access to trusty transportation 

- Prior experience isn’t necessary, but candidates with a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification are encouraged to apply 

- Commitment towards professional development, including company and state-required training 

Caregivers are expected to adhere to state background check requirements. The benefits, paid leaves, bonuses, and pay depends on the location and state, hence it will be discussed in detail during the interview. *$1000 sign-on bonus is valid for candidates effective from 28th October 2023, with half ($500) awarded after 300 work hours and the remaining half ($500) after 600 hours of work. The caregiver should remain active until the time of the bonus payout. Bonuses will be paid within 30 days after reaching eligibility. New as well as returning caregivers, who have not worked for Help at Home since 1/1/2023, are eligible for the bonus. Caregivers transferring from any organization within the Help at Home, LLC group are ineligible for the bonus.
