As the Assistant Salon Manager, you'll be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the salon, as well as managing the salon in the absence of the Salon Leader. Your time will also be spent working behind the chair, providing education and consultation to your guests regarding the best service and Home Hair Care products, so they can recreate their new look at home!

Your responsibilities as an Assistant Salon Manager will include:

- Making the most out of the wide variety of services you can offer to your clients, including cuts, styles, highlights, color, permanent waves, relaxers, and up-dos

Qualifications you'll need as an Assistant Salon Manager:

- Demonstrated passion for people and customer service
- Strong and inspiring leadership skills
- Effective interpersonal, oral communication and active listening skills
- Ability to build and maintain resilient client and team relationships
- Willingness to work independently as well as part of a team in order to meet salon goals
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs
- Reliability and availability to take on various schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- A COSMETOLOGY LICENSE valid in the state of application and the eligibility to work in the US
- At least 6+ months of Cosmetology experience in a salon environment and basic math skills are a must
