Responsibilities:
The Clinic Director is entrusted with guiding the clinic aligned to ATI's mission, vision, and values, fostering a top-performing team that consistently delivers growth and superior customer satisfaction. In this capacity, you will report directly to ATI's District Director. This management role involves you overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, supervising clinic staff, and managing patient treatment. The Clinic Director's role may include managing between 1-3 clinics.

- Achieve or exceed clinic goals related to operational performance metrics as guided by your manager.
- Accountable for clinic staffing levels.
- Act as the intermediary between clinic staff and the district leadership team.
- Establish connections with patients and within the community.
- Develop a team culture in line with ATI's mission.
- Support team members' growth for peak performance, including providing critical feedback when necessary and conducting annual performance development discussions.
- Formulate personalized plans of care and navigate patients through each phase of physical therapy with a focus on compassionate, in-depth, and evidence-based methods, restoring patients to full functionality.
- Complete daily patient care notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
- Constantly communicate with referring physicians and other referral sources.
- Maintain clinical logs and checklists necessary for compliance.
- Manage schedules effectively.

Qualifications:
Candidates must either hold a license or be eligible to obtain a license within the state they are applying to.
