OUR TEAMS:
Given the massive scale of our operations, it takes an all-inclusive team effort to maintain seamless operations. We have several shift options throughout the morning, daytime and evening hours. As a PetSmart Sales Associate, you're likely to be well-versed in areas such as:
- Customer Service: You play a vital role in fostering heartfelt bonds with pet parents. From heartily welcoming them and their pets to the store, ensuring a smooth checkout process as a cashier to seeing that all their needs were met.
- Pet Care: You'll ensure the health and safety of all pets in our care - from fish and reptiles to birds and small animals. You'll provide a loving temporary home for these pets till they're adopted, and contribute towards their well-being, cleanliness and feeding. You'll also interact with pet owners, providing them the best recommendations tailored for their pets.
- Merchandising & Inventory: You're instrumental in helping pet parents find exactly what they need, exactly when they need it. You'll ensure the streamlined execution of merchandising, stocking, and pricing strategies.

The hourly wages for this role are competitive, with rates decided based on experience - $15.00 to $26.00 per hour
