The position includes the following tasks:
Resolution of inbound calls from Patients, Aides, and Contracts
Outbound follow up calls to Patients, Aides, and Contracts
Document, maintain, and manage patient/aide files
Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and internal policies and procedures
