Job Overview:

As a Direct Sales Representative, you will fit into one of our most vibrant sales departments. Joining the Optimum door-to-door service team will immerse you in an ever-evolving consumer landscape. Role Responsibilities:

- Customised Solutions: Craft customised telecommunication packages that address all customer needs
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements
- Sales Pitch: Showcase the unmatched features of our products and services, and intuitively handle customer concerns and objections
- Closing Deals: Adroit negotiation and closing of sales agreements
- Documentation: Precise completion of all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports
- Relationship Building: Connect with customers and provide exceptional post-sales support
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team for shared insights and strategy development
- Targets and Quotas: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas
- Compliance: Maintain utmost adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications and Essential Functions:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of prior door-to-door sales experience
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional self-motivation and independence in work
- Computer and technical proficiency
- Reliable, insured personal vehicle (where applicable) and clean driving record
- Physital ability to sit, stand, walk 
- Full-time availability
