Roles and Responsibilities
- Complete the required trainings: Zaxby's Assistant Manager Development Plan, Food Safety Certification, Manager Certification and any additional training required by Zax LLC.
- Enhance visitor experiences by ensuring team members exceed guests' expectations.
- Guarantee proper training for team members, including ongoing coaching and development.
- Develop an effective work schedule adhering to company norms and local laws.
- Supervise, guide, and help team members to achieve their best.
- Uphold service, product quality, and hygiene standards consistently.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work culture and healthy team morale.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and guidelines
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
- 1-3 years of management experience required; restaurant management experience preferred
- Capability to handle physically intensive tasks
