Job Role
As a Team Member, you’ll have the opportunity to serve in diverse roles, such as a cashier, dining room attendant or food preparer. What brings all these roles together is the shared responsibility of making our guests feel welcome through genuine smiles and a warm spirit. Key responsibilities a Team Member may have, include but are not limited to:
- Greeting guests warmly and expressing gratitude for choosing Bojangles. - Handling payments and accurately providing change. - Knowledgeable answer to guest queries about our menu and products. - Preparation and service of top-notch food. - Keeping the restaurant pristine and inviting. - Ability to bend, kneel, stand and occasionally lift up to approximately 25 lbs.
