Job Profile

The Role Involves:

    - Achieving store and personal sales targets
    - Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring high-quality employees
    - Training and developing a prolific sales team
    - Providing feedback, coaching, and enforcing company policies and practices
    - Implementing company initiatives 
    - Conducting monthly performance reviews 
    - Recognizing and nurturing talent 
    - Supervising daily store operations and loss prevention practices
    - Planning weekly staffing schedules
    - Delivering a fun, full-service customer experience
    - Resolving customer issues effectively
    - Making bank deposits

Job Requirements:

    - Experience in retail management is preferred
    - 1-2 years of experience in retail sales
    - Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
    - Ambition to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
    - An open mind and willingness to learn
    - Ability to work 45 hours weekly
    - Comfortable with working during nights and weekends
    - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
    - Capacity to stand for extended periods 
    - Candidates should be at least 18 years of age*
