From helping customers to choose the best Panera food for their events, addressing their queries and needs, to confirming that their orders reach on time and in exactly the way they want, you do it all.

Your responsibilities at Panera would include:

-Monitoring the success of our catering services
- Communicating with and supporting our catering customers
- Overseeing the production of catering orders
- Personal delivery of orders to customer events
- Ensuring an exceptional guest experience
- Helping to foster our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust
- Stepping in and lending support to your manager and team

- You have prior experience in food or retail industry (although this is not a requirement)
