Call for 2025 Network Coaches
If you or anyone you know is interested in learning more about “trying out” for the Talent Pipeline Program TEAM as a Network Coach, please let us know. We will reach out and begin the talent acquisition and retention process.
In 2025-2026, we are forecasting 685 Partnering Employers across the country and expect to add 10 more Network Coaches to lead and coach the TPP Team of Employers, Training Providers, and Facilitators. The TPP Network Coaches are the Heartbeat of our Program. When they have a good day, everyone has a good day! Our plan is to start recruiting now and complete the selection of the Network Coaches by January 1, 2025. We will onboard, train, and support them from January to May 2025 so they may assume leadership of their Networks on June 1, 2025, for cohort 2025-2027. We want their first day to be a performance day, not a let’s-see-how-this-goes day.
The greatest form of respect we can give our Talent Pipeline Program Partners is a Network Coach Leader who:
1. Wants to Lead
2. Demands to be Held Accountable for the Performance of their Network
3. Is Engaged
4. Knows What Right Looks Like
5. Has a Flag Leader who will Help them Become a High Performing Leader
6. Plays to Win Every Day!
If you are interested in being a part of something truly special that directly supports the defense of our country and our way of life, please contact me, [email protected].
