About the MGH Main OR Mass General Hospital’s Operating Room department is comprised of an outstanding team of OR nurses, Surgical Technologists, Equipment Techs, OR Assistants, and OR Coordinators providing care for patients undergoing complex surgical procedures. Staff are engaged in precepting new staff (both experienced and new to the environment) and students from various education programs. Staff also participate in staff development projects, shared governance committees, and process improvements projects on the unit.
