WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT?As the Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, youll be part of a dynamic teamutilizing the Marketing Tech stack to lead product marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategy. Youllbe the Marketo SME for the team, which includes managing current campaigns, program & campaign planning, customer journeys, and other related initiatives.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Drive strategic alignment as the Marketing Technology/Marketo SME, ensuring tools and systems are optimized to support growth and scalability
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales and operations teamsto drive cohesive and impactfulcampaigns and support sales enablement activities
Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics frameworks anddashboards, enabling the marketing team to track, measure, and optimize performance with precision
Translate complex data into actionable insights, guiding strategic decisions and ensuringthat marketing efforts are targeted, effective, and aligned with business objectives
Create and implement processes that scale with company growth, focusing onautomation, workflow optimization, and seamless execution of marketing strategies
Develop audience segmentation, including lifecycle stages and personas in order to strengthen the variouscustomer journeys and impact pipeline movement
Conduct Customer Journey Mapping exercises regularly to document existing processes as well as to locategaps and make plans to optimize via campaigns, engagements, reports, and dashboards
Build and manage dashboards across the varioussystems to provide real-time reporting outputs that are centralized and allow for easy for stakeholders torapidly access key information on performance
YOU MUST HAVE (MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of marketing experience required, including significant, relevant experience in marketing operations and automation, with proven expertise in launching and measuring automation campaigns across a variety of MarTech platform
2+ years of hands-on, relevant experience with Marketorequired (examples include having prior experience as a Marketo Administrator, led or have been a part of Marketo integrations, led scoring, built multi-channel programs and or MQL systems), as well as strong audience segmentation skills
Strong CRM experience required(preferably Salesforce or similar)
Prior experience managing multiple complex marketing programs from conception to launch, with strong program execution skills required
Strong project management skillsrequired (prior experience managing multiple high-priority projects of varying complexity while keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring that deliverables are on track)
Effective communication skills required, which includes presenting technical marketing information to non-technical audiences
IDEAL IF YOU HAVE or ARE (PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)
Bachelors degree or advanced degree in Marketing
Prior experience in B2B, SAAS, education technology and/or language learning environment
Highly organized
Strong presentation skills
Comfortable pivoting between tactical and strategic priorities
LOCATION
Hybrid: This role requires a hybrid schedule where 2 days a week are onsite in our Boston, MA location during the week. Candidates must reside in MA or RI and be willing to meet this requirement in order to be considered.
