Schedule: Per Diem Weekday and Saturday Coverage Our Speech Pathology team services patients who have a wide variety of communication and swallowing disorders at the inpatient and outpatient level. Our team currently works with adults at the inpatient level, adults and pediatrics at the outpatient level, and completes adult video fluoroscopic swallow studies. We are currently looking for a Speech Pathologist who has their CCC’s to join our talented group of inpatient and outpatient SLP's within a large interdisciplinary team. Experience working in the adult inpatient level as well as VFSS experience are strong positives. There is potential to work across the domains of the department pending clinician experience and interest. FEES experience and dual language therapists are highly encouraged. We are looking for an individual who brings enthusiasm, collaboration and a high clinical skillset to the team. Our team consistently collaborates with many interdisciplinary teams at the inpatient and outpatient levels including but not limited to the Voice Center, Palliative Care, the ICU, and Radiology. Inpatient caseload includes but is not limited to complex medical patients, Parkinson's, post-COVID, acute stroke, and post-surgical patients. Our team works closely with physical and occupational therapy as indicated for each patient. There are opportunities for skill set development across all domains of the department depending upon experience and clinical interest, especially as our department grows with the hospital campus expansion.
