JOB DESCRIPTION

Day To Day Responsbilities:

• Lead a safety-first culture in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Perform routine and specialized product quality tests.
• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical sub-assemblies with end-of-line test equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools (vendor software, multi-meters, oscilloscopes) for control components.
• Maintain and troubleshoot automated test systems.
• Work with PLC systems (e.g., Allen Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens) and troubleshoot ladder logic.
• Keep accurate test records and collaborate on test improvements.
• Calibrate and maintain test equipment.

Must Have:

• 2+ years as a test technician in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of safety practices around moving and electrical equipment.
• Experience with industrial controls/PLC systems.

Nice To Have:

• Robotics or automation systems experience.
• Associate degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in test equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Formal trade qualification or electrical contractor license.
• Siemens or Allen Bradley PLC diagnosis experience.
• Robotic programming experience (Fanuc, ABB, Kuka).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience with data collection and Quality Control systems.
