This Outpatient Gynecology Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for:
Providing a range of clinical social work services to children, adolescents and families in the Gynecology outpatient program
Supporting gynecology patients including those with complex anomalies of the reproductive tract, endometriosis, Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser syndrome (MRKH), primary ovarian insufficiency, vulvar and vaginal health, and sexual health
Psychosocial assessment and counseling, crisis intervention, resource information and referral, facilitation of use of hospital and community resources.
Psychoeducation and psychosocial consultation to the multidisciplinary team.
To qualify, you must have:
Master's degree in Social Work, LCSW or LICSW required. LICSW preferred.
Experience in medical environment highly preferred.
Flexibility and the ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
