This position leads survey prep at the facility, facilities meeting schedule, agenda, and minutes. Must maintain all documentation for compliance of all program standards. Also, is the liaison with Clinical Director and multidisciplinary team members to ensure the program's success.* Responsible for the coordination and facilitation of DWC's Breast Accreditation program. This position leads survey prep at the facility, facilities meeting schedule, agenda, and minutes. Must maintain all documentation for compliance of all program standards. Also, is the liaison with Clinical Director and multidisciplinary team members to ensure the program's success.* Acts as the cancer conference coordinator by monitoring breast and tumor conference activities. Must coordinate bi-monthly tumor conferences. Responsible for maintaining the evaluation and documentation of all cancer conference activities.* Collects and audits cancer-related data to support standard compliance of all accountability and quality measures for both NAPBC and CoC. Must compile and analyze registry and oncology service data and outcomes. Reviews deficiency resolution from 3-year accreditation survey.* Reviews policies and procedures and ensures that they are ready to be uploaded to the portal. Ensures that all documents are uploaded into the accreditation portals in a timely manner.* Coordinates community oncology outreach as a representative of BCN. Must participate in health fairs, cancer screenings and provide community presentation to promote cancer risk and early detection. Acts as the BRNC Program Community Ambassador and has oversight of Sacred Circle Support Group and other patient support programs (ie; angel tree, patient Christmas party, patient gift drive)Required Education and ExperienceMinimum of a RN Associate Degree (BSN preferred)Must have 1-3 years' experience with an accreditation programRequired License/CertificationsRN License
