Requirements:
- Class A CDL or higher for tractor driving
- Class A or B CDL for operating straight trucks
- Minimum of six months' proven tractor-trailer experience*
- At least 21 years old
- Evidence of a clean driving record and a commendable work history
- Clear physical examination and drug screening
*Driving cargo vans doesn't require a CDL or prior experience
**All Panther drivers operate as independent contractors and their pay is managed by their respective fleet owner.
