Must have: RN, 2 years RN/PCT, experience preferred but not required
Preferred or nice to have: ACLS nurses, CPR PCT
Schedule Information
Shifts: All shifts, 24/7
Weekends: Every other

The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit
Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient ratios, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff
General Information about the unit(s): Number of Beds - Float pool, Number of Staff, Patient Ratios, Type of equipment, EMR – Meditech
Typical hiring profile: Skill Set Most recruited for (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters), Typical procedures performed on units, Awards/Recognition
Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc.

Best personality Fit: Able to float from one unit to another daily
