These specialists ensure prompt resolution of customer issues, maintain an up-to-date understanding of our products, uphold impeccable product quality and display standards, and strive for maximum customer satisfaction. They are tasked with delivering exceptional customer service while staying focused on the store's sales goals. 

Your Role

The opportunity to interact with customers (including minors) forms the crux of the role. The job provides access to cash, other payment channels, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other valuables, with or without supervision. Therefore, a review of criminal history is deemed necessary to protect the company's business, operations, reputation, as well as the safety of staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.

Responsibilities Include

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assisting customers in person and over the phone 
- Developing trusting relationships with retail and wholesale customers 
- Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies and procedures 
- Achieving sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis 
- Precise maintenance of work order files and formulas
- Fetching suitable products from sales floor or warehouse as required 
- Customizing products to suit customer specifications 
- Stocking the shelves, setting up displays 
- Maintaining cleanliness of store equipment
- Assisting in delivery activities as needed. 
- Compliance with inventory control procedures
- Suggesting novel ways to boost sales.

Minimum Requirements:

- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Should be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship, now or in the future
- Must have the ability to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to work all scheduled hours, even during evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

- A valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum one (1) year experience in delivery, retail or customer service position
- Previous experience in selling paint and related products
- Prior experience in operating tinting and mixing equipment
- Multilingual capabilities, especially Spanish.
