As a licensed vocational nurse (LPN/LVN), you will become the crucial link between exemplary care and tangible, favorable outcomes. LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE (LPN/LVN) POSITION

Channel your knowledge, skills, motivation, and experience into your everyday duties. Motivate our patients to progress daily as you:

- Handle a variety of nursing tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Deliver direct care to patients; executing their care plans and noting their behavioral patterns, vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.
- Attend to patients with a broad spectrum of medical conditions including stroke, spinal cord injury, neurological disorders, joint replacement, fractures, severe trauma and cardiac/pulmonary issues.
- Enable patients' progression towards discharge and return to their lives, families, and communities.

Required credentials:

- Current LPN/LVN licensure suiting state regulations.
- Current CPR certification.
- Precedent experience of one or more years within an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital environment preferred.
- Wider scope of experience with rehabilitation is advantageous.
