Who You Are and What you'll Bring:
As a Tax Associate:
- You have at least two years of professional experience in filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax software.
- You demonstrate a passion for assisting clients through the intricacies of taxation and are committed to advancing our brand by delighting customers and aiding them in tax preparation.
- You possess strong customer service skills and display enthusiasm in interacting with clients professionally, warmly, and confidently via video and audio channels.
Requirements:
- You must hold, or be capable of obtaining, any necessary State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds along with an active PTIN.
- You must establish a dedicated, hardwired internet connection that aligns with Intuit's security standards.
- Be prepared and available to work at a minimum of 20 hours per week.
How You'll Lead:
In this role,
- You will guide our customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
- By offering tax advice, full-service return prep, tax computations, and handling product/software queries, you will contribute toward our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
- You will leverage government websites, professional resources and team expertise to deliver clear and accurate answers to our customers.
- Since this is a virtual, customer-facing role, you will interact with customers via our advanced video communication software, accurately documenting interactions to maintain concise records.
