Job Details
Proof of flu vaccination or declination required. Any clinicians with signed declination must wear a mask for the entirety of their shift. Clinician's that fail to comply will be sent home.
Candidates MUST BE within 70 miles of facility.
2 references needed: 1st from speciality clinician is being submitted to and 2nd from supervisor (charge or higher).
2 years with 1 year recent experience in specialty required.
