Summit Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a per diem / prn CT Technologist for a per diem / prn job in Apple Valley, California.
**Proof of flu vaccination or declination required. Any clinicians with signed declination must wear a mask for the entirety of their shift. Clinician's that fail to comply will be sent home**Candidates MUST BE within 70 miles of facility**1st reference needs to be from specialty clinician is being submitting to. 2nd reference needs to be from supervisor (charge or higher).MUST HAVE THESE TWO (2) REFERENCES PRIOR TO SUBMITTING**Providence Saint Joseph Health Saint Mary - Apple Valley(San Bernardino County!)Requirements- 2 years with 1 year recent experience in specialty- BLS, ARRT, advanced ARRT, CA CRT, CT- Float to less or like specialties where needed and qualified- EPIC experience, 3s/4sUnit details:- Ped and adult- Outpatient, inpatient, ER- Trauma L1-3Orientation Details- There are no orientations for this position, please make sure candidates are comfortable working at any and all facilities listed without prior training.Shift Detail- 12-hour shifts- Shift start and end times may varyAdditional Details- Charting system: Epic- 3 month separation - previous perm staff will need to be reviewed by Providence leaders prior to pipeline approval
