Specialty: Case Manager
2 yrs exp needed.
1st timers okay!!
General MS, ICU, acute care case manager or discharge planner experience (some pedi if qualified, not required).
Works with Continuum of Care Services, other ANMC departments, and the Regions to conceptualize and objectify issues and work toward access to appropriate levels of care.

Schedule Information
Shifts: Monday - Friday with Some weekends (08:00-16:00)
